INTRODUCTION

Welcome to Sylentstudios. These policies are here to help you understand how I work, how I protect your information, and what you can expect when you purchase art or services from me. By using sylentstudios.com or placing an order, you agree to these terms. If I make changes, I’ll update this page.

PRINTING POLICY

  • All print sales are final once your order is placed (via web, email, or phone).

  • This ensures each print is produced to order using archival materials and handled with care from start to finish

Custom Design Policy

  • Non‑Refundable — Custom design work is non‑refundable once ordered.

  • Revisions — Includes the agreed number of revisions for small changes (typography, color, minor additions). A full redesign or extra concepts are not included.

  • Ownership — Only the final approved design is transferred to you. Unused concepts remain the property of Sylentstudios and may be repurposed.

  • Project Materials — Please provide all requested content (photos, copy, etc.) promptly. Delays in receiving materials may pause your project.

  • Deadlines — I can’t be responsible for missed deadlines caused by missing client materials or approvals.

  • Project Closure — Projects on hold for over 12 months will be closed. Assets can be requested at any time, but reopening the project may require a new purchase.

  • Professional Conduct — I reserve the right to end a project if communication becomes abusive or unproductive.

Privacy Policy

  • Information Collected — Name, address, email, phone number, and payment details (processed securely).

  • How It’s Used — To fulfill orders, communicate with you, and improve your experience.

  • Sharing — I do not sell or trade your personal information. Trusted third‑party partners (like payment processors and shipping providers) only receive the information needed to complete your order and must keep it confidential.

  • Legal Compliance — I may release information if required by law or to protect rights, property, or safety.

Site Availability

I may occasionally need to update, maintain, or improve the site, which could cause temporary interruptions. I’ll always aim to keep downtime minimal.

Studio Location

Sylentstudios is based in Hawaiian Beaches, Hawai‘i. All customer service, artwork, and design are managed in the USA. Prints may be produced at multiple U.S. locations depending on the order.
